Arun Sharma
Proprietor

Arun founded the firm in July 1993, prior to this he was the Financial Controller for BHP
Billiton India for three years and has worked in the UK and Australia for twelve years
including with EY in UK and with KPMG in Australia.

He has a wide range of all round, domestic and international post qualification
experience of in excess of 40 years in audit and assurance, financial reporting,
international tax, corporate advisory etc. in the oil and gas, mining, airlines, telecom, IT,
trading, manufacturing, education and infrastructure sectors. He has successfully
advised many blue chip multinational companies in setting up and operating in India.

He is a commerce graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and is a UK, Australia and India
qualified Chartered Accountant.
Satendra Kumar
Senior Manager and Head of Tax

Satendra joined the firm in December 1994 after working in other CA firms and in
industry.

He heads the tax division of the firm and specializes in providing direct tax compliance
and advisory services and has successfully completed several complicated tax
assessments and appeals. He also handles expatriate immigration matters.

He is a commerce graduate from Meerut University and is a qualified CA.
Neeraj Jain
Senior Manager - Audit and assurance

Neeraj first joined the firm in 2003 as paid assistant and was with us till 2007 when he
left to join industry and later re-joined us in 2016.

particular emphasis in oil and gas sector.

Rohit Mehrotra

and rejoined us in 2014.
